- We welcome cats and dogs. The pet fee is $35 one time (non-refundable) and pet rent is $35 a month, each per pet. Breed and weight restrictions may apply to pets. Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets: no pet fee or pet rent applies, and those restrictions do not apply. Please contact our leasing office for the current pet policy.

You will need proof of income (pre-tax income of at least 3× the monthly rent), a photo ID (passports and visas accepted for non-US citizens), and any additional documents requested by your leasing agent. One year of verifiable employment or rental history is required (exceptions may require a co-signer).
